Since our Papà, Giuseppe Botta, opened his first Italian restaurant nearly thirty years ago, Bottelino’s has developed a fine reputation for the very best in Italian dining - from the satisfying snack, important business lunch, special evening dinner to private party.
We have always insisted on the highest standards, using only the freshest herbs and finest ingredients. Our authentic pastas are especially imported from Italy, and our top quality meat, chicken and fish are all cooked using our own traditional recipes, guaranteed to produce the fullest flavours with the real taste of Italian home-cooked food, just like our Mamma still makes!
As each new Bottelino’s restaurant opens, we insist on the same exacting standards in all aspects of our food and service, and complement this with a world-wide choice of fine wines.
So many of our customers have become firm friends over the years, and now take regular holidays in Italy. They tell us that Bottelino’s is a friendly and welcoming ‘little corner of Italy’ that they can enjoy until they go back to Italy for their next wonderful holiday.
Our efforts have now been recognised by the Pizza and Pasta Association. In 2006 we were named Independent Pizza Restaurant of the Year as well as winning the Pasta Chef of the Year competition. In 2007 we were once again named Independent Pizza Restaurant of the Year. However, our greatest award came in 2008 when we had the honour of becoming the Independent Pizza Restaurant Chain of the Year. We could never have hoped to win these awards without our wonderful family of customers.
